The Sirius XM broadcaster tweeted a selfie with a pal on April 29, 2023, demonstrating how stunning she appears in swimsսit at the age of 52. Megyn shared the photo on Twitter while celebrating a friend’s birthday weekend in South Florida, sporting a black biкini top and dark sunglasses.

«Thank you for a fantastic week on the @MegynKellyShow.» «In Miami celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday and looking forward to another great week of shows starting Monday [sic],» she captioned the photo.

Megyn demonstrated her fitness in biкini images from 2019, where she wore a black string two-piece while standup paddle boarding in the Bahamas. Back at home, though, she maintains she no longer works out.

«After I had my children, something had to give, and I gave up on exercise,» she writes in her autobiography, Settle for More, published in 2016. Instead, she attributed her slim figure to following Tanya Zuckerbrot’s 2006 book’s high-fiber F-factor diet.

«I began following the birth of my first child, Yates.» «It immediately took off the baby weight,» Megyn explained. Yates was born in 2009, with Yardley born in 2011 and Thatcher arriving in 2013. Her husband and she have three children.
