She dived into it with her head, began to conduct scientific work, defended her Ph.D., and almost finished her doctoral degree in 2015.
She was very interested in competing, performing, teaching. Mom developed an international methodology that everyone now uses.
Then she began to write poetry. Communication with the sea, being in the water in weightlessness inspired her. I was only glad of her passion, because it is close to me.
Mom taught me to swim at the age of three, we always dived for pleasure, went to the Black Sea, got shells and mussels from the bottom. Therefore, my transition after her into professional freediving came naturally.
