A rescued little feline was mistaken for a kitten while feeding from its dead mother

It’s the story of a very special cat discovered by a teenage Argentinean in Argentina’s Tucumán region.

This girl and her brother were fishing in the forest when they heard a sound coming from the cave.

As they got closer, they began to realize what it could be.

There are two puppies nursing what appears to be their dying mother.

Dani named one of the orphaned puppies Tito, and the young woman decided to keep them.

The separation from their mother clearly had an impact on both of them. Dani had to say goodbye a week later due to her poor health.

He grew more adorable and entertaining over time. But something was wrong with Tito, despite his wealth.

However, he was not a cat! Although he had cat whiskers, cat eyes, and even cat ears, he was not a cat!

Tito is a magnificent feline species known as a yaguarund or moorish cat that can be found across most of the American continents, from southern Argentina to southern Mexico.

After consulting numerous veterinarians, the young woman was referred to the Fund for Animal Rescue Argentina (FARA), which cleared her name and advised her to be placed in a more suitable environment for her species.

According to FARA President Hernán Rodrguez, Tito was in good health.

Tito was transferred to the Horko Molle Experimental Reserve, a wildlife sanctuary, after a minor cut on one of his legs healed, where he will be reintegrated and returned to his original state.
