A curious story of gender transition.

Aliya Ismail realized right after graduation that she felt like a man. Without thinking twice, the girl began hormone therapy, changed her name to Issa, removed her breasts and healed, seemingly happily in a new body.

It took Ismail eight years to fully become a man, as well as to understand one very important thing. Only after going through such a long and difficult path, when Aliya had already really become an attractive man,

did she begin to understand that her appearance does not in any way reflect her sense of self. In February 2021, Ismail suddenly canceled hormone therapy, and began the path of returning to the original female body.

With the help of laser hair removal, the girl was able to get rid of body hair. But the hormones have not returned to normal yet. Testosterone quickly dropped, and estrogen was still at the level characteristic of men.

Despite these small nuances, Aliya is immensely happy that she is now on her way to the female body.

I, as it were, had an insight — I do not need to sit on hormones for the rest of my life. For me it was like a shock, but the next feeling I experienced was relief. It was then that I realized that I should listen to myself, ”Aliya said in an interview with Real Fix.

Now 27-year-old Aliya looks like a woman, but there is one caveat… instead of a voluminous breast, the girl has two postoperative scars. But despite this, Ismail is not going to restore his chest, because it is not known how life will turn.
