Adele has announced her extended music break following her residency in Las Vegas
Adele said that she will take a lengthy sabbatical from music and performance once her Las Vegas residency concludes this autumn, capping three years of touring.

the 36-year-old announced her decision live to the audience, telling them that she intended to leave the stage after her Las Vegas residency gigs were over.
The «Easy on Me» singer stated, «I’ve really enjoyed performing,» in a video that was posted to TikTok. Since I’ve been doing this for the longest time, it’s likely because I’ve been doing this for years.
The fifteen-time Grammy winner continued, «But after that, I will not see you for an incredibly long time and I will hold you dear in my heart for that whole length of my break.»
She mentioned that she only had ten gigs remaining in her Vegas residency after missing many because of sickness. Adele thanked everyone and said, «I just need a rest,» adding that she will «fantasize» about her time on stage during her break.
The tearful British singer responded, «I have spent the last seven years building a new life for myself and I want to live it now,» when asked about her vacation plans. I wish to continue living the life I’ve been creating, and I shall miss you.
