The Jolie Dalton Helic Foundation, owned by the 47-year-old Oscar winner, has ceased to exist since January 25. The idea to organize a fund came from the actress while working at the UN. Angelina implemented the project in 2015 together with two political advisers.
Jolie and her partners, Baroness Arminka Helick and British politician Chloe Dalton, have dealt with issues related to violence against women and girls around the world.
The ex-wife of Brad Pitt invested 1,700,000 pounds (14.5 million rubles) in the development of the fund. The actress closed the project due to problems: «the foundation got into financial difficulties.»
Only $52 remained in the company’s account, as well as debts to creditors in the amount of $1,524, according to the Daily Mail.
