Ariana Grande explains why she won’t coach on The Voice again
Because she found herself becoming overly attached to her team, Ariana Grande stated that she had no interest in coaching on The Voice again.
Ariana Grande has officially said The Voice farewell.
The Wicked star stated that she will not be returning to the popular singing competition show, despite having signed as a coach for its 21st season in 2021. She has a very solid reason for this.
«I got so emotionally attached to everyone,» Ariana admitted to Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers during their Las Culturistas podcast, which aired on November 6. «That’s my problem.»
The 31-year-old clarified that it’s challenging to deeply care about each competitor and «really get in there with everyone.»
She went on, «I love everyone so much,» «I really enjoy meeting new people, and I felt really involved. I still see them all on Instagram, for example.
Although she acknowledged that she has been busy and hasn’t «really been in touch with anyone» recently, Ariana has even made an effort to stay in touch with all of her team members, including Bella DeNapoli, David Vogel, and Raquel Trinidad.»But I love them and I’m in touch with them on Instagram,» she said. «I like their posts, I see their things, I see what they’re up to.»
