Beyoncé’s mother responds to ‘obsessed’ internet trolls following her daughter’s performance on Christmas Day
The way critics spend their Christmas posting «dumb, ridiculous stuff» is «mind-boggling» to Tina Knowles.
The Knowles family appears to have a history of tough runs.
“No matter how undeniably talented you are, people will always, ALWAYS, always have some negative ish to say.” Tina Knowles reposted a user’s Instagram post on Friday, December 27.
Following her daughter Beyoncé’s Christmas Day halftime performance at the Houston Texans vs. Baltimore Ravens game, Knowles, 70, concurred with the post.
«Exactly how I feel! That you would spend your precious Christmas day watching a performance by someone you despise and don’t believe has skill so that you can go speak about it afterward is mind-boggling to me, Knowles wrote on Instagram.
Knowles went on to criticize the trolls for first watching the halftime show.
«Clearly, you are so dependent on them, secretly admire them, and wish you were them that you can’t resist watching, criticizing, commenting, and saying stupid, ridiculous things that make you look like a fool!» In the caption, Knowles went on.
Haters were advised by the previous manager of Destiny’s Child to move on and watch «goofy cartoons or Bozo the clown» instead.
According to Knowles, who cited Isaiah 54:7, «I have learned so much from her warrior spirit, of when they go low I work harder.» «No weapon developed against me will succeed.»
