37-year-old Rafa Araujo from Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), known under the nickname FaFa Fitness, has earned the nickname «She-Hulk» on the Web because of her muscular physique and insatiable appetite, as she eats seven times a day, writes Daily Mail.

The fitness freak has 2.1 million TikTok followers who are following Rafa more and more into a mountain of muscle every day.

She credits her bulging biceps, sculpted abs and muscular legs to seven whole meals a day, including chicken, salmon, steak and six eggs. Araujo not only pumps iron in the gym, but also learned to balance her diet by alternating between high-carb days and low-carb days.

She usually starts her day with two servings of rice porridge and three whole eggs. During the second meal on her table — white rice and three more eggs.

From the third to the seventh meals, Rafa eats white rice with chicken, steak, or salmon. “On a typical day, my pre-workout meal consists of a rice cream protein shake, whey protein powder, and unsweetened almond milk.

After an intense workout, I replenish my energy with a hearty serving of rice, chicken or steak, and broccoli. For my third meal, I combine eggs and asparagus, then a protein shake, Karbolin powder, whey protein and some fruit and cottage cheese for the fourth meal.

My fifth meal usually consists of rice, fish and broccoli, and on the sixth I eat some avocado and five egg whites, «explained She-Hulk. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, she allows herself a more high-calorie menu, she likes to eat a cheeseburger and french fries.

At the same time, Rafa never stops training. «It’s actually quite exciting. When you eat a lot and exercise regularly, your muscles naturally become thicker and more defined. This transformation has a domino effect: the more muscle you build, the more calories your body naturally burns throughout the day.
