Britney Spears appeared in miniscule leggings and a tiny crop top on Instagram before deleting her account — but not before thanking her fans.
Britney Spears has closed her Instagram account yet again, this time after calling out followers in a mysterious remark.
The singing sensation posed in the shortest trousers and crop top ever, moving around in the manner her fans have grown accustomed to.
But what well-wishers may not be used to is being called out by the 41-year-old, who appeared to target her devoted followers.
«When people say everywhere I go, ‘We missed you, we missed you,’ I’m like so enthralled that I’m so relatable you can speak to me even when you’re not spoken to… because I care!» Britney wrote in the caption.
«I mean… should I let you guys go without saying hello and disrupt the peace?»
She cancelled her account shortly after posting the images to her 42.1 million followers, which is something her fans are used to.
Fans’ reactions were divided, with some dubbing those to blame «a**holes» and others concerned.
«Way to go, a**holes,» one individual said. Britney Spears has cancelled her Instagram account once more.»
«Britney deactivated her Instagram yet again, hope everything is well with her,» said another.
Of course, Britney has had a challenging year on top of all the other difficulties she has had during her career.
She is divorcing her now-ex Sam Asghari, 29, and the news was disclosed last month.
The former couple’s prenuptial agreement is said to prevent Sam from receiving maintenance or spousal help from Brit, but allegations quickly emerged that model Sam was trying his luck nonetheless.
According to court documents filed in Los Angeles in August, which listed «irreconcilable differences» as the reason for the divorce, Sam hoped to obtain financial support from Britney as well as have her pay for his lawyers.
