Britney Spears confessed she’s “lost a lot of weight” in a candid new Instagram post, while feeling herself in a completely see-through dress.
The Oops… I Did It Again songstress left very little to the imagination as she slipped her curves into a sheer gold gown dotted with glittering metal embellishments, with a nude bra underneath and a pair of tiny pink thong bottoms visible under the fabric.
Running her hands up and down her body, Britney added a pair of point-toe silver heels and a black choker around her throat, leaving her platinum blonde tresses loose around her shoulders as she gazed up into the camera while toying with the hem of her knickers.
She got candid with fans while captioning the throwback video, explaining: “This is weirdly enough the day before I broke my foot!! You can see my face looks younger and I’m a bit heavier because, well, I don’t have paps and the news messing with me and making me a nervous wreck!!!
“I’ve lost a lot of weight since then and have a couple of new exciting projects on the way!! Hope you guys are having a wonderful day!!”

And uh, that’s it. Paramedics came to my door illegally, of course, cause this huge scene, which was so unnecessary when all I needed was ice.”
