Erma has been employed with the Leong household for 6 years. She is very responsible and has taken good care of the children very well.

One day, when Mrs. Leong was going to travel abroad with her second son to participate in a competition training, Zach felt flustered with the thought of having to stay home with the other children.

Mrs. Leong and her son were to be abroad for the whole month of December until the first week of January. At the time, Erma was scheduled to fly back to Manila for a Christmas vacation, so Mr.

Leong discussed with Erma to postpone her plans, and she agreed. She called home to speak with her two children and explained the situation. With Erma’s understanding, the couple was very pleased.

Later, the couple remembered that the Christmas season was coming very soon, a holiday for miracles and a season for happy family gatherings. With careful consideration, they decided to bring Erma’s children to Singapore for the holidays.

They assisted in applying for passports for the children and bought them round-trip tickets with travel insurance. They were reuniting mother and sons after 6 years and spend Christmas with her in Singapore.

When the day came to meet her children, Liezel & Liezoo, at the Singapore Changi Airport, Erma and the Leong couple went to meet them.

They arrived just in time for the plane from Manila to land. Seeing their mother after so many years of being apart, the children and their mother cried, which moved the couple.

Mr. Leong revealed that he has spent around US $2,245.00 (about S$3,000), but the couple felt that it was money well spent. Erma has been a wonderful helper to them and their kids and a best friend of the Leong family. They will cherish her kindness forever!
