Chrissy wore a crochet biкini with an unusual cover-up
While it’s difficult to pin down a single bathing suit style that every celeb embraces — one minute they’re all in tiny biкinis, the next they’re all about sensual, high-cut one-pieces — it appears that crochet is the current element that our favourite stars are all about.
Chrissy Teigen is the latest A-lister to don a crochet biкini, following in the footsteps of Dua Lipa and Salma Hayek-Pinault. Teigen wore a multicoloured, textured biкini top with a breezy white wrap covering her bottoms in her most recent Instagram image.
While the suit was adorable on its own, Teigen paired it with an unusual crochet bolero, offering everyone a different perspective on cover-ups.
The cropped vest wasn’t the only odd piece in the ensemble. Teigen later displayed a bedazzled captain’s hat and what appeared to be a new hobby: needlepoint. Chrissy Teigen staff photos of her Cravings rounded out the gallery, as were photographs of everyone on a yacht.
She captioned the photographs, «A day at sea with team @cravingsbychrissyteigen!!»
According to People, Teigen posted photographs from her vacation on her Instagram Stories earlier this week, along with family photos and other content.
«Shopping date with the best and the artist formally known as prints, @pepperthai2,» she captioned a photo of her mother wearing a bright floral-print caftan.
Earlier in the week, she made waves for blogging about cord blood banking for her children. It’s «a choice you can make as a parent to potentially protect your family,» she explained on Instagram.
«I’m such a mama bear and would do anything for the future safety and well-being of my children.» She also mentioned that the treatment could be a «lifesaving gift.»
