Claims for Ashley St. Clair Since his son’s birth, Elon Musk has only seen him three times, and that one encounter lasted 30 minutes
St. Clair asserts that Musk spent three and a half hours on three separate visits with his alleged thirteenth child.

Elon Musk, according to author Ashley St. Clair, has «only three times» seen the baby boy since his birth in September 2024. Clair is suing Musk for sole legal custody of the young child they allegedly share.
On Friday, February 21, St. Clair filed a custody petition with the New York Supreme Court, claiming that she is the «only parent and caretaker» that her child, who goes by R.S.C., «has known.»

Additionally, Musk, 53, the baby’s purported father, «was not present for the birth of our child, has had no more than three in-person visits with our child, and has not expressed an interest in having custody of our child,» according to her. Musk allegedly made this decision «by his choice.»

The lawsuit claims that Musk first met R.S.C. in New York City on September 21 for two hours, and the next day he spent an hour with St. Clair and the child. On November 30, the CEO had his «next and last time» with the infant in Austin, Texas, for a brief meeting that lasted «only 30 minutes.»
