Exceptional performances, flawless dance skills, and, of course, legendary (but erratic) clothes have all been highlights of Dua Lipa’s Future Nostalgia tour, both on and off the stage. While the singer has used Instagram to give fans a glimpse into her global journeys and the closet that went with with them, her tour outfits included neon and bejeweled bodysuits.
Now that her tour is nearing to an end with one last performance in Perth, Australia, Lipa is celebrating with an Instagram photo dump of yet another perplexing attire.
The performer uploaded a gallery of photos to her page on Wednesday showing her posing on a beach in Australia in a vibrant ensemble by Jean Paul Gaultier. The ensemble included a long-sleeve crop top, a biкini top, and matching flared pants with a graphic of a bright yellow faux thong and a psychedelic circle pattern printed on them.
She was pictured in two different poses: one where she was squatting in the sand and another where she was perched on a rock with the ocean as her backdrop. Along with pictures of her friends, the sunset, and herself in the mirror, the carousel also featured stunning images.
Last gig in Oz tonight, she said in the caption. «Feeling a little happy/sad, but we’ll make it a nice one, I promise! Let’s get going, Perth.»
It’s no secret that Lipa enjoys wearing eccentric underwear (mock or real). The Grammy-winning artist recently displayed a white thong with her name inscribed on it in blue stitching. Her Diesel micro-miniskirt and ribbed top were transformed into a custom item that whale-tailed (very Y2K).
