After stating earlier this year that she wished to reduce weight, Amanda Bynes is releasing a rare personal update as part of her continuing health journey.

After revealing earlier this year how her mental health was affecting her weight, the She’s the Man star provided an update on her weight loss efforts.
Amanda posted a shocked emoji and the caption, «Down 6lbs,» on her Instagram Story on November 5. «154 pounds now!»

She included a screenshot of her Apple Fitness summary over her message, indicating that she had walked nearly 15,000 steps and exceeded her daily calorie target by more than 150.In March, Amanda talked about how her mental health issues caused her to gain weight and how she was feeling now.
«I’ve gained over 20lbs in the past few months from being depressed,» the former Nickelodeon star stated on an Instagram Story on March 28. «I’m doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don’t feel like working out or eating clean.»

«I currently weigh 162 pounds, and I want to return to 110 pounds,» she added.The 38-year-old, who has mostly kept her private life out of the public eye in recent years, is providing a rare update with these health remarks. Amanda most recently posted a message on dealing with a breakup that was all too familiar.
