In an interview with U.K. newspaper The Times published on Sunday, Sept. 22, the actress, 59, shared what she wears to bed — including the item she says is a must for those who are «well-endowed.»
«I have a mysteriously perfect duvet that is warm in winter and cool in summer, so I don’t wear anything except for a soft bra, which is essential if you’re well-endowed,» Hurley said.
The Strictly Confidential star didn’t go into detail about what type of bras she sleeps in, but it is recommended to wear a bralette or a soft cotton bra with no underwire as both options will ensure comfortability
and avoid skin irritation.
According to the Cleveland Clinic, sleeping in a bra can bring a few health benefits, including lessening breast pain, preventing fungal infections and decreasing stretch marks.
