Elon Musk is being sued by Ashley St. Clair for sole legal custody of their son
According to St. Clair’s petition, Musk has only had three encounters with the youngster, the most recent being in November 2024.
Elon Musk is being sued by Ashley St. Clair for sole legal custody of their baby boy.
On Friday, February 21, St. Clair submitted the custody petition to the New York Supreme Court. St. Clair stated in the petition that the child, whose name is R.S.C., is from the state of New York. The news was initially reported by User Magazine.
Musk is the father of the 26-year-old boy, who was born in September 2024 (the precise date has been withheld in the file), according to the petition’s author.
According to her, Musk «has met him only three (3) times and has had no involvement in his care and upbringing.» Musk was also not present for R.S.C.’s birth.
She filed a paternity petition in addition to the custody case, despite claiming that Musk is R.S.C.’s father.
According to the suit, she and Musk had a «romantic relationship in or about May 2023,» and while they were having sex in January 2024, R.S.C. was created.
Musk «acknowledged parentage of the child in various written correspondences,» according to St. Clair, including a text message exchange following the birth of R.S.C. St. Clair claims that soon after the baby was born, she emailed Musk a picture of herself with him.
