A wedding is one of the most celebrated occasions in a family’s life. They want it special, with relatives and friends gathered for the special event and the bride and groom wearing the proper attire for the occasion.
The families will have to spend quite a big amount for the wedding, but not more than what is expected. Celebrities may afford to spend for a lavish ceremony and reception, but for ordinary people, they are content with a much simpler celebration.
Everyone agrees that the occasion has standards that have to be respected. Although the couple may agree to what they choose to wear, they have to set standards in properly celebrating the occasion, such as their matrimonial attire.
A photo on the internet spark controversy when a civil wedding took place, and the groom was not properly dressed. He attended his wedding wearing a plain white t-shirt. Additionally, he was looking very tired like he did not get enough sleep the night before.
When people imagine a wedding photo, we would expect a bride wearing a gown and a groom wearing a tuxedo or any other formal attire.
However, a photo on the internet circulated with bashes from netizens, claiming that the groom was wearing informal clothing and disrespected the occasion. He was only wearing a plain white t-shirt and jeans, and it seemed that the shirt has not been ironed properly.
The photo showed the couple with her relatives in the background. The groom, however, was the most noticeable person in the photo since he is not properly dressed for the occasion and looks very tired as if he attended a party the night before.
On the other hand, the bride was properly dressed and wearing a simple white gown. Netizens slammed the groom for wearing casual attire not fit for the occasion and disrespected his own wedding, including the bride.
