«In the third video in Architectural Digest’s Open House series, which aired on September 3, I’ve just taken you through my entire house. I’m such a private person about my home,» she said.
«I’m really proud of what I built because I’ve never built anything on my own before. Every time I enter my home, I am overcome with appreciation that I get to live here and raise my children here.»
It should not be shocking that the 52-year-old, who has children with her ex-husband Ben Affleck, Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, designed a large portion of her expansive home with her children in mind.
Garner’s dream home is kid-friendly, with a built-in reading nook full of kid-friendly literature, a study beneath the stairs inspired by Harry Potter, a large fish tank, and a room specifically created for sleepovers.
