He was homeless! However, the talent still took its toll! Now this guy is collecting stadiums

This is the story of Donald Gould, a homeless soldier who turned out to be a talented pianist. No one knew about his piano skills before the Sarasota Keys Piano Project came to downtown Sarasota.

When Gould spotted the pianos, he immediately sat down and began playing «Come Sail Away» by Styx. This drew the attention of the audience and marked the beginning of a new chapter in his life.

Gould had studied music in college and served in the US Marine Corps as a clarinettist. He could also play the drums and a variety of other instruments. With nearly three million views, a video of him playing the piano and giving an interview went viral.

This resulted in job opportunities and even a request to perform the National Anthem in front of 70,000 NFL fans at a San Francisco 49ers game.

Because of the video, Gould met Sabine Perez. She wrote to him and requested that he perform music for her crippled kid. They began working together and currently reside in Germany.

They have been on German television as a group. But Gould remains humble, and in 2017 he performed «Come Sail Away» on the same piano where he initially became renowned. He will never forget the events that shaped him into the guy he is today.
