He would be grateful for the love! Jennifer Aniston urged fans to donate to the Matthew Perry Foundation
The 54-year-old actress spoke about the latest initiative of her late colleague, which he considered the main work of his life. Jennifer Aniston has joined Matthew Perry’s charity project.

The “Friends” actor spent his entire adult life struggling with addiction to alcohol and psychotropic drugs. Matthew has led a sober lifestyle since 2021 and has done everything to help people who find themselves in the same hopeless situation.
Jennifer Aniston posted a photo of Perry running his fingers through his hair with a smile. Next to the photo of the Canadian actor was his quote: “Addiction is too strong for anyone to overcome alone. But together, one day at a time, we can overcome this.”

Aniston urged her fans to donate to her late friend’s foundation. “Please join me and Matty’s family in supporting his foundation, which works to help those suffering from addiction. He would be grateful for the love,” Jennifer said.
The artist’s stepfather also asked for donations to the Matthew Perry Foundation. “This pitch is not what I usually do. But this year everything is different. Do what you can; he would be grateful,” said Keith Morrison.

Relatives of the late actor established a fund a few days after his deаth. “The charity’s aim is to help others suffering from addiction by defining addiction as a disease, removing the complex stigma that prevents people from seeking and accessing help,

and passionately advocating for better and fairer treatment. It is important to us as a family to honor Matthew’s legacy. The potential that the Matthew Perry Foundation has to help those suffering from this disease is something we are proud to bring to the world,” the charity says on its website.
