Hilary Duff Jokes Making ensuring her daughter Banks doesn’t have a meltdown over her hair for school is her life’s work
«You are my queen. My boss. In the caption of her Thursday, August 29 Instagram photo, Duff made a joke about her CEO. With her daughter returning to school, Hilary Duff has expanded her career portfolio with a new role.
The 36-year-old Lizzie McGuire alumna posted a rotating collection of pictures on Instagram on Thursday, August 29, just before her 5-year-old daughter Banks went off to her first day of kindergarten.
Banks is seen smiling and sporting a tan bag and boots in the adorable photos. She is dressed in a pleated khaki skirt, a white shirt, and a navy sweater.
In additional images, Banks is seen holding up a placard that reads, «My First Day of Kindergarten,» along with lists of her favorite foods and colors, including light blue and the Goop.
«You are my queen. My boss. CEO of mine. My best canine. My large cheese. My young student in kindergarten. Go, baby girl! Let’s go!» Within her caption, Duff wrote.
«How does she know it’s my life’s work to chase her around with the hair brush all morning to make sure we don’t have a melt down [sic] about a hair out of place????» she quipped. Duff and husband Matthew Koma are parents to three-month-old Townes,
three-year-old Mae, and one-year-old Banks. She shares 12-year-old son Luca with her ex-partner, Mike Comrie. Rumors that Duff’s May baby girl Townes’ birth was unplanned were refuted in July. The mother of four made an appearance on the Informed Pregnancy Podcast, hosted by Dr. Elliot, a prenatal chiropractor.
