Charis admitted that she did it because of fashion trends.
The girl told how, due to a strong reaction to the lip filler, she began to look like a “inflatable doll”.
Charis Evans got her first lip augmentation at age 20 as it was a «trend». After the girl went through the procedure again, but when the 22-year-old mother went for the third injection, something went wrong.
She went to another salon and was injected with 1 milliliter of filler, but within hours of the procedure, her lips were four times their normal size. Evans was rushed to the hospital, where she was given antihistamines and forced to wear a mask 24/7 to cover the swelling.
I looked like an inflatable doll. I had fish lips and it looked like I was in a fight. They were really big. The doctor started laughing when I entered. But the blessing on the street, I could hide it with a mask, ”said Evans.
Luckily, the swelling started to subside after a week, but Charis is still suffering from the effects. For example, an American woman is still forced to avoid spicy food.
I try to avoid spicy food because every time I eat something spicy my mom says I look like I got them done again. I still have shooting pains in my lips, ”the girl admitted.
Charis vowed never to inject fillers again and said that she would not allow her children, two-year-old Sophia and seven-week-old Bobby, to do this either.
I fell for the fashion trends, but I shouldn’t have. It’s an excruciating pain, and it’s better to stay in shape than go through it, ”summed up Charice Evans in an interview with the Daily Star.
But there are those who are so addicted to lip augmentation that they go through it every time after parting with their lover.
