Mark Wahlberg is wearing a new look.
On Wednesday, the actor uploaded an Instagram photo of his new haircut for his upcoming film, «Flight Risk.»
«No bald cap for me,» Wahlberg said in the caption. «We go all in.»Mel Gibson directed and Jared Rosenberg wrote «Flight Risk,»
which follows a pilot escorting an air marshal who is accompanying a fugitive to trial. According to the film’s description, things take a turn when tensions on board rise and trust is put to the test.
In the film’s trailer, Wahlberg is in the pilot seat, and sequences reveal heart-pounding scenes involving Wahlberg’s character, Topher Grace’s, and Michelle Docekry’s characters at 10,000 feet in the air.
The teaser also implies that Wahlberg’s character is a hitman in addition to being a pilot.
In an interview with People in June, Wahlberg stated that his role in the film «just jumped off the page.»»You got three people on the plane; they probably expect me to be the kind of guy who’s gonna save the day, and within the first 15 minutes you really get into it,» he told me.
«But it really was all about playing that kind of character, which for me, if you don’t have a great villain, it doesn’t work,» he added. «But I kind of wanted to take it a little further. We had a lot of fun!»
