Salma Hayek is making waves as she celebrates National Biкini Day. The 56-year-old posted an amazing biкini shot to Instagram on Wednesday, sharing it with her 25 million followers.
«It’s amazing to think that the biкini has only existed for 77 years! Hopefully, they won’t ban these as well,» she captioned the photo. Using the hashtag #notathrowback, Hayek reassured admirers that the image was taken recently.
The Desperado actor recently posted a seductive picture of herself, and friends and admirers are gushing about it in the comments. Rosie O’Donnell noticed it and wrote «ummmmmm» with a fire emoji. «Salma pero con tranquilidadeeeeeee,» Yendry remarked.
Though Hayek claims not to work out much—rather, she mastered a muscular method with restorative yoga—she appears more toned, fit, and healthy than ever.
Hayek told PEOPLE that she works with a woman in London who showed her how to hold her body so that her muscles are always used.
She gave me advice on how to tone my muscles without tensing them up. Never tense, you just relax them and concentrate on the areas that need to be employed. You’d be shocked at the impact your body can have if you knew it existed,» she said.
