On Tuesday, September 10, while doing filming for a music video, Jon Bon Jovi assisted a woman who was in danger on a pedestrian bridge in Nashville.
The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department released security footage from the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge on Wednesday, September 11.

The artist was seen approaching the unidentified woman who was standing on the brink in the now-deleted YouTube footage.
The Bon Jovi frontman and another woman assist in carrying the woman in crisis to a safer area on the bridge after a few minutes of alone.

Bon Jovi continues to speak with the woman in trouble before they walk away from the area together.
«A shout out to @jonbonjovi & his team for saving a woman on the Seigenthaler Ped Bridge Tue night. The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said in a post on X (previously Twitter) that Bon Jovi assisted in convincing her to come down from the edge over the Cumberland River and to safety.»We must all work together to ensure each other’s safety,» MNPPD Chief John Drake continued.
