Lopez, 54, was seen wearing the jewelry item on Friday, July 5, while shopping with her manager, Benny Medina, in Bridgehampton, New York.
Affleck, 51, was spotted doing the same thing on the opposite coast in Los Angeles, eating lunch at Baltaire restaurant.
