Kate Bosworth, 40, wears crop top and says she feels better than she did in biкini in blue crush
The actress also acknowledged her personal trainer and opened up about how far she’s gone in the previous five years of working with her.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday, June 27, Kate Bosworth looked stunning as she demonstrated some of her gym routines. As she celebrated her association with athletic brand Roxy, the actress, 40, claimed that she feels terrific and much better than she did when she starred in the 2002 film
Blue Crush wearing biкinis. In one photo, she wore a white Nike crop top and orange shorts, while in another, she wore a black crop top and gray short shorts with her trainer Steph Watson.
Kate appeared for images in which she smiled with Steph while performing some of her activities, such as leg stretches and crunches. «At 40, I have never felt better,» she captioned the photo.
The actress also said she was «super proud» of her Roxy commercial and that she was «feeling more optimal now than I did 20 years ago running around in a biкini for Blue Crush.»
Kate then outlined the various steps she’s done to have the best success working with Steph, such as developing a basic, goal-oriented strategy, developing a dietary plan,
and assisting in the planning of fun, brief workouts to meet her schedule. The 21 star then extolled the virtues of her personal trainer.
