Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos celebrate son Joaquin’s college achievements—and yease, there were doubts that we would be here
The famous couple went to the University of Michigan this past weekend to visit their son.
Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are feeling proud after a special weekend visiting their son at college.
On a Monday, Feb. 24 episode of Live with Kelly and Mark, the couple spoke about their recent visit to the University of Michigan to visit their 22-year-old son, Joaquin, sharing that they were able to see a few of his performances during their trip.
As they spoke about celebrating their son’s birthday, Ripa and Consuelos said they had «quite a weekend» with Joaquin.
«We spent the weekend with him. We got to spend time with him and his siblings,» Ripa shared. «He was in a production of A Few Good Men at the University of Michigan this weekend which was extraordinary.»
«They did such a good job,» Consuelos raved.
«Extraordinary. And it was senior night for the wrestling team. We had a tale of two completely different experiences,» Ripa continued. «We were in the theater and then I did a quick change in the car out of my theater clothes into my wrestling mom clothes.»
Consuelos explained it was senior day at the wrestling gym so they had all the graduating students on the mat.
