Lindsey, 38, relaxes on the beach in an orange biкini while on vacation

Lindsey Vonn ditched the slopes for the sea – at least for a while. On Thursday, June 22, she turned to Instagram to show off some amazingly cool footage from her weekend, which showed her engaging with some friendly stingrays in a gorgeous orange biкini.
In the cover photo of her post, the 38-year-old Olympian smiled broadly for a picture on the beach while wearing a yellow and orange biкini and a Red Bull hat.
The following slides showed her standing in waist-deep water while stingrays swam around her. Lindsey also displayed photos from her snorkelling trip, which took her to a massive shipwreck. She expressed gratitude to Mares, a dive and snorkelling firm, for offering their equipment to her for free.
«I took a short break last weekend.» «Nerded out with all my new free diving gear… and got to play footsie with some very friendly stingrays,» the pro skier captioned the entertaining carousel.
«Thank you for those incredible few days.» It’s time to go back on the road for your regularly scheduled hustle.» Lindsey keeps busy with foundation work, staying in shape at the gym, or hitting the slopes, although not revealing what’s next on her itinerary.
Lindsey isn’t afraid to take a break from her demanding schedule to relax by the ocean. In May, she posted a video of herself wakeboarding. «An amazing weekend at home,» she captioned the video.
«… first summer wake surf… getting better!!» Earlier this month, she published a series of poolside photographs in which she wore a black biкini and sat on her dog’s back. She joked that her dog would give her «interesting tan lines.»
Lindsey announced her retirement from professional skiing in 2019, citing a number of injuries. She retired as one of the greatest skiers in history, having won four World Cup crowns, three Olympic medals (one of which was gold! ), and 82 FIS World Cups.
