«[My mother] used to call her bathtub her think tank. And once she had us all in bed, she would always retire to the bath.

Liz enjoys «found fitness,» which is basically fitting in moments of activity into her regular routine because she is so busy. Consider doing squats while doing laundry or taking the stairs… You get the picture.

Liz’s workout routine begins the moment she opens her eyes. She previously stated to WH that she does quick squats while brushing her teeth in order to tone her legs and buttocks. Then, to get her heart rate up, she walks her dogs for 20 minutes first thing in the morning.
