Mel Gibson had a great time out at Nobu, the popular sushi restaurant in Malibu, with his family.
Wearing a white shirt and blue and white shorts, the 68-year-old star of Lethal Weapon appeared as though he had just come from the beach.
The former action hero wore sunglasses tucked inside his shirt, black Crocs.The Mad Max icon’s silly face expression was captured mid-reaction, giving the impression that he was enjoying something one of his family members said.
Gibson was accompanied by Rosalind Ross, a 34-year-old screenwriter, his lover. Since 2014, when Gibson was 58 years old and Rosalind was only 23, the pair had been dating. Lars is their seven-year-old son.
Along with his daughter Hannah, 43, and sons Edward and Christian, 42, William, 38, Louis, 35, Milo, 33, and Thomas, 25, Gibson also has a daughter, Lucia, 14, from his previous relationship with Oksana Grigoriev.
The age gap between the two is 34 years, and Rosalind is younger than half of Gibson’s nine children.
It is said that she authored a screenplay for his production company, which is how the two fell in love.
The appearance coincides with the reemergence of a 1999 interview in which the two-time Braveheart Academy Award winner identified the actor he believes to be the «Antichrist.» The interview was featured in the 1999 documentary Hollywood Conversations, directed by Mike Figgis.
