Miley Cyrus toasted the success of her song ‘Flowers’ on Instagram on May 5, over four months after it was released.
Miley Cyrus’ smash song «Flowers» has been a tremendous hit since its release on Jan. 12, and the 30-year-old headed to Instagram on May 5 to celebrate in a stunning gold swimsսit.
«Thank you a million times over. «I love you,» she captioned the video of herself posing in a lavender meadow in a silver swimsսit. The blonde beauty’s post alluded to the fact that «Flowers» became Spotify’s «fastest song to 1 billion streams» in history.
On May 4, Spotify and Miley issued a joint statement confirming the song’s outstanding milestone. «Some Flowers Never Fade,» began the caption.
«As of today, May 4, @MileyCyrus’ Flowers became the fastest song in Spotify history to reach 1 billion streams #BillionsClub.» Many of Miley’s 206 million followers congratulated her on her success shortly after she released the sultry swimsսit video.
«You deserve all the flowers,» wrote Facebook’s official Instagram account, while a fan added, «Congratulations Queen.» One of the Disney Channel alum’s fans couldn’t help but congratulate Miley on her appearance in a separate comment.
«She’s perfect,» they said, with a fourth adding, «so proud!» Meanwhile, one fan predicted that Miley’s next music video will be «Violet Chemistry,» because she appeared amid lavender fields in the video. «Violet Chemistry!» he wrote, accompanied by a purple heart.
Despite the popularity of her Endless Summer Vacation album’s first single, The Last Song actress appeared to hint to a possible new music video on April 25. «I’m sorry that you’re jaded,» she captioned a carousel of photographs of herself in a stunning little black dress.
The caption is notably the lyrics to the album’s second track, «Jaded.» Many of the starlet’s followers praised her mix of brunette and blonde hair, as well as her attire, in the post’s comments. «Love brunette Miley!» exclaimed one admirer, while another added, «You are a goddess sent from heaven.»
Many of Miley’s famous friends, including Selena Gomez, have openly expressed their support for the new record since its March 10 release. Selena took to Instagram three days after the album’s release to upload a makeup-free selfie with one of the album’s song titles as her caption.
«Violet chemistry,» she captioned the young couple’s selfies. Miley Cyrus’ eighth studio album, Plastic Hearts, was released in 2020.
