Orwell’s Wоrst Prediction! It is destined to come true very soon
On the pages of the writer’s books, it is as if a story is being created that people have only to live through.
World cataclysms of the last ten years do not cease to frighten humanity with the frequency of their onset. And if from time to time there is a feeling that you have already seen all this somewhere, do not be alarmed, everything is really so!
For example, on the pages of the works of George Orwell. The British writer was born on June 25, 1903 and over time gained popularity not only in the literary field, but also as a real fortune teller.
Needless to say, a major social network even imposed a ban on the use of the hashtag «1984», and all because for many users the world can open up from the other side. Caring conspiracy theorists have even calculated that about 100 of Orwell’s 137 predictions have already come true.
And if some of those “lucky ones” who managed to read a dystopian novel during the period of careful restoration of the world after the Second World War exhaled when 1984 passed without the described upheavals, our contemporaries seriously tensed up.
And the thing is that the whole work is saturated with a prediction about the worldwide hatred of mankind, the hatred of people for each other. It was this corrosive feeling that led the heroes of the works to mutual armed attacks,
total control, restriction of freedoms and the creation of secret agreements. It is the negative attitude of people towards themselves, the society in which they live and everything around them that pushes the upper strata of society to build a dense wall of misunderstanding.
Gradually, humanity begins to destroy itself using technology, development and progress: genetic engineering aimed at targeted programming, the destruction of the institutions of family and marriage, blocking the opportunity to receive an education and rewriting history in order to push their own ideas.
It so happened that the prose writer George Orwell introduced the concept of «cold war» into wide use, which became a stronghold for the formation, accumulation and comprehensive maintenance of the hatred of one people for another.
And, perhaps, his most terrible prediction is that in the future society the search for truth may completely disappear — it will simply cease to interest anyone, or it will be drowned in «information noise».
Orwell also spoke of «rewriting history» for ideological purposes. And we are seeing this right now. Alas, the words of the writer come true.
“The best books tell you what you already know,” wrote the publicist. He passed away at the age of 47. Having lived a bright, but at the same time short life, Orwell left behind a rich legacy in the form of his works.
A modern sane society can only believe that the whole world was able to correctly understand the deep message, translated into more than 60 languages, and will try to preserve love and mutual respect for the next generations
