Fans have been startled by Tom Hanks’ new film, which purports to depict him appearing decades younger.
The highly anticipated film, titled Here, reunites Forrest Gump’s Tom Hanks and Robin Wright with director Robert Zemeckis and screenwriter Eric Roth.
The film, based on Richard McGuire’s 2014 graphic novel of the same name, will take place in one living room over a century, with the camera set in one location during the 104-minute runtime.It follows Richard and Margaret (Hanks and Wright) as they reside in the house from the 1960s to the present.
Using classic cosmetic effects and digital de-aging technologies, the 67-year-old actor seems as young as a teenager and then as elderly as an 80-year-old.
