American Sara Sabbat first drove ink under her skin at the age of 14. This act of teenage rebellion was a reaction to bullying at school. The girl was constantly teased because of uneven teeth and wide eyebrows, but soon everything changed.
After the first tattoo, they went on and every year there were more and more of them. It got to the point that there was practically no living place left on Sarah’s body.
At the speed of light, the ink spread over her skin, reaching her face. But even here, the tattoo artist did not stand still, deciding to make a tattoo on the whites of her eyes.
Sabbat chose a soft purple shade for this, but the master turned out to be not a professional. Due to the fact that he mixed the mortar and paint in the wrong proportions, the tattoo artist almost went blind.
It was very difficult for me to do anything — I couldn’t watch TV, I didn’t like being around bright lights, and I didn’t like going out,» Sarah said.
Doctors were able to provide Sarah with medical care in time and her eyesight was preserved. It would seem that the girl could remain blind forever, but even so, she is very happy with all her tattoos.
My tattoos are important to me because they helped me become a stronger person,” Sarah said on the Truly YouTube channel.
Sabbat is not going to stop there. Now she got herself a new tattoo — right in front of her eyes. With each new change, the appearance of the once pretty and pretty Sarah becomes more and more frightening.
