Ryan Reynolds claims to have recently discovered Blake Lively’s true last name
After Blake Lively launched her hair care line, Blake Brown Beauty, Ryan Reynolds made light of the fact that he discovered her true last name.
She’s not as animated as you might imagine. After Blake Lively, the Gossip Girl actress, debuted her new cosmetics firm Blake Brown cosmetics on July 31, Ryan Reynolds cleverly teased his wife by saying on his Instagram Story that he «just found out her last name is Brown.»
The hair care brand is actually called after Blake’s father, Ernie Lively. He was born Ernest Brown but married Blake’s mother, Elaine Lively, in 1979, changing his last name.
Whatever name Blake goes by, Ryan is incredibly proud of his Lady Deadpool for working on the hair care company for the previous seven years. Ryan shares children James, 9, Inez, 7, Betty, 4, and Olin, born in 2023, with his Lady Deadpool.
«I’m ridiculously proud of this woman,» the Wolverine and Deadpool actor wrote. «The result is exactly what you’d expect of a hyper-obsessive, detail addicted, uncompromisingly quality control genius.»
Blake Brown Beauty, 36, acknowledged that her commitment to her «newest baby» «toggles between impressive and wtf took so long» as she labored painstakingly, almost «obsessively,»
on the products’ development. Target will carry Blake Brown Beauty starting on August 4.
