She never wanted any of this! Angelina Jolie wins winery lawsuit associated with alleged Brad Pitt a buse
Brad Pitt, who just won his own case, is required to provide what Angelina Jolie’s attorney refers to as «crucial evidence.»
The next development in the winery dispute between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt may further investigate allegations of Pitt’s abuse.
A judge on Monday, Nov. 25, ordered Pitt, 60, to produce records that Jolie’s 49-year-old attorney Paul Murphy claims will demonstrate «communications concerning abuse, lies to authorities, and years of cover up» on Pitt’s side.
Emails, texts, and other written correspondence are included, but there is nothing between him and his therapists or lawyers.
In a prior filing, Pitt’s legal team argued that the actress’s queries were «wide-ranging and intrusive,» and that they amounted to a «sensationalist fishing expedition.»
The documents they are trying to make public, according to Murphy, are «crucial evidence» that Pitt has «fought for years to hide.» «His actions harmed Angelina and their children and are central to this case,» he continues in a statement released on November 26.
«But I want to again emphasize that Angelina never wanted any of this,» said Murphy. She left all of their properties, never filed charges, and was the one who initially attempted to sell him the company.
Even though Mr. Pitt has always maintained control over Miraval and the winery and has never been held responsible for his acts, he still expects more. The kids and she both want this to end, so Mr. Pitt should concentrate on that.
