In a rare interview with E! News, Mariah Carey, who is getting ready to start her Christmas tour in November, revealed what it’s like to be a mother of 13-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan.
Mariah Carey’s children will always be her babies, no matter what. The «Honey» singer herself finds it hard to comprehend that her children, Monroe and Moroccan, whom she shares with her ex-husband Nick Cannon, are already 13 years old.
In an exclusive interview with E! News’ Keltie Knight, Mariah said, «Now, normally I would say, ‘Here’s the thing, I’m eternally 12’ so I don’t even know how it’s possible.»
What is feasible, then? Mariah’s love for seeing Dem Babies develop into adored tweens. «I adore them immensely,» she continued. «They’re excellent young people. Do you understand what I mean? They’re not, in my opinion, bad or evil in the same sense that I was.
