That’s what helped this woman live to be 120 years old! It is much easier than you thought
Sister André named three main factors.
After the death of the Japanese woman Kane Tanaka at the age of 120 on April 19, the title of the oldest woman in the world passed to the 118-year-old French nun Sister Andre.
Now the abbess is not able to move independently, but nevertheless, despite her age, she has good health. Even the coronavirus infection sister Andre was able to overcome in 2021.

But what then is the main secret of the longevity of a French woman? It turned out that in fairly simple things. The nun said that she never limited herself in delicious and favorite food, drinks, and, most importantly, she always worked.
It is the constant and continuous work that Sister Andre notes as her main secret of longevity. People say that work is killing them. My work kept me alive. I continued to work until I was 108 years old.
People should help each other and love each other, not hate. If we actively shared all this with others, everything would be much better,” said the nun.

Sister André was born as Lucille Randon in 1904 and raised in the southern region of France. Much of the French woman’s life has been dedicated to helping others, especially through her ministry to the Catholic Church.
But before Randon became a nun, she worked in a hospital for nearly 30 years helping orphans and the elderly. She started doing this during the Second World War.
It is this desire to help others that has given Sister Andre a strong purpose throughout her life and has also become her elixir of life, according to Eat This, Not That!.
