This story is about Hattie, a poor dog who was surrendered to a shelter to be euthanized because she had a massive tumor on her side that had grown for more than two years.
Vet Ranch and her dedicated rescuers, on the other hand, had a different opinion and decided to give her another chance.
Hattie was described as «maybe the worst owner surrenders we’ve taken in» by Dallas Dog Rescue Rehab Reform.
Dr. Karri from Vet Ranch accepted the dog and stated that «Hattie’s tumor was the largest he had ever seen!»
Hattie was unbalanced because the tumor was weighing her down. Hattie used the tumor as a beanbag chair, according to Dr. Karri!
Thankfully, Dr. Karri was able to successfully remove the 15-pound tumor! She now appears to be a brand-new dog!
The good news is that Hattie was placed in a foster home to continue her recovery. Her rescuers also found her a forever home!
