The next day, she informed her two young sons that they would be walking the entire 7.2 kilometres to school. She joined them on the stroll early in the morning, fully bundled up.
Before they began their journey, she photographed the lads holding a banner that stated, «We were mean and rude to our bus driver.» She followed them as they carried the sign. In a Facebook post, she explained her reasoning for the penalty.
