There were no breaks between pregnancies! This woman is on the record
Having children is always a mix of fun and stress for parents, and it’s difficult to deny that those miniature versions of ourselves bring so many emotions into our lives.
But imagine having not one, not two, not five, but twelve children in your family. This can make any parent’s life extremely difficult. Our featured heroine recently gave birth to her twelfth child, and this is how she and her husband care for their large and happy family while maintaining their sanity for years.

The spouses did not intend to have such a large family from the start. Courtney Rogers, 38, of New Mexico, and her husband, Chris, recently welcomed baby Cambria into the world, bringing their total number of children to the magical number 12.
Courtney is a supermom who managed to turn her brood into a real-life Cheaper by the Dozen family after the birth of her youngest daughter.

When the happy parents first decided to start a family, they never imagined having so many children. They had a miscarriage when they first tried to conceive, but now they just have a perfect brood.
This family’s 12 children are all special to their parents. Clint, the couple’s eldest son, was born on March 30, 2010, just before the couple had another 5 boys, followed by 6 girls.
«It’s amazing how it worked out, too, because we had all of our boys at the beginning and the last five have all been girls, so it all evened out,» Courtney explained in an interview.

Each child is a new chapter in the lives of the happy parents. «Clint was born three weeks before I turned 26, but I had no idea at the time that I would have more children,»
Courtney explained. I thought I was too old at 26, and I had no idea they would come so quickly, let alone include a set of twins. Then we decided to have no more than ten children, but I still felt young and healthy, so we increased the number to twelve.»
The extended family is now having the time of their lives. Clint, 12, Clay, 10, Cade, 9, Callie, 8, Cash, 7, twins Colt and Case, 6, Calena, 4, Caydie, 3, Coralee, 2, Caris, 1, and now Cambria.

As if having 12 children wasn’t enough, the family also owns a farm with over 200 animals, including pigs, sheep, and chickens. All of the children are raised with the idea of caring for their animals and are taught responsibility at a young age.
Courtney and Chris are now all about their family, with 12 children aged 12 and under. They’re always thinking about how to manage such a large group.
A typical day in the family appears to be a short lifetime.
A typical day in the Rogers household begins with a large breakfast at 8 a.m., followed by math and art lessons.

Lunch is served around 11:30 a.m., and Courtney feeds the younger children sandwiches before putting them down for a nap, while the older children prepare their own meals. In the afternoon, the kids have language class, art, and reading time, as well as Zoom piano lessons on occasion. The supermom then serves a large dinner to her family at 5 p.m.
The family consumes 24 eggs during a typical meal, and a full box of cereal is consumed every day for breakfast. Courtney not only teaches the children but also keeps the house tidy before putting them to bed at 8:30 p.m.
Courtney discusses how she keeps her family on a budget.
The happy, large family survives thanks to their mother’s strict budgeting abilities. Courtney is good at planning and saving, and she has even implemented a «no spend January» plan that forbids her from purchasing anything other than basic groceries. The family also has a «no eating out or takeout» rule, as well as a prohibition on renting movies and making any other fun purchases.
