Mark Wahlberg showed off his incredible physique as he enjoyed Christmas eve on the beach with stunning wife Rhea Durham in Barbados on Saturday.
Mark, 51, donned a pair of colourful swimming trunks as he soaked up the sun with his partner of 21-years.
The couple, who share children, Ella, 18, Michael, 16, Breandan, 13, and 12-year-old Grace, are currently enjoying a festive family vacation on the island.
And Mark — after recently revealing work out regime — showcased his buff biceps and washboard abs as he topped up his tan.
He donned a pair of bright pink baroque print trunks and held onto a pair of sunglasses following a swim.
The Daddy’s Home actor completed the beach look with a selection of bracelets as well as a large black watch.
Meanwhile wife Rhea flaunted her curves in a brightly coloured bikini as she made the most of the fantastic weather.
The two-piece featured a triangular top as well as matching bottoms and Rhea swept her brunette tresses high into a bun.
After their swim the couple returned to their sun loungers to dry themsleves off with fluffy red towels.
It comes after Mark star took to social media to share his impressive muscles while training in the gym on Thursday.
The actor shared an Instagram video where he flexes his muscles and later punches his workout buddy Tom Dowd in the stomach as he shares he is getting ready for the holidays.
Last month, he revealed his ‘dialed down’ workout regime that allows him to sleep in until 3:30 a.m. instead of 2:30 a.m.
In the clip, the nine-time Emmy-nominated actor shared the results of his intense workout regime with the help of Performance Inspired Nutrition.
The Me Time star co-founded the all-natural fitness nutrition company alongside Tom Dowd in 2015.
Later, he punched Tom in the stomach and joked, ‘We got a new bag in the gym.’
The actor-turned-entrepreneur wrote in the caption of the post before tagging his brand: ‘Nobody was hurt making this video!!’
The former rapper — who went by the stage name of Marky Mark — said in the video that he was ‘getting ready for [the] Christmas holiday’.
The Boston native previously made headlines in 2018 when he revealed his strict and intense diet and exercise regime.
He said he still gets a full night’s rest despite his still-early wake-up time.
‘I go to bed at 7:30 — I always get eight hours,’ he said.
When asked when he wakes up now, he told the Journal: ‘On average, it’s about 3:30 or 4 a.m., if I’m home and in my routine.
‘I always start with a little bit of prayer time,’ he said. ‘And then take my vitamins. I used to eat breakfast. Now I’m all about intermittent fasting. I don’t eat; I just go work out.’
He said he feels the most productive when he is being consistent with his routine.
‘Getting the right amount of rest, really staying focused,’ he said. ‘My spirituality, my faith has got to be the center of it all.’
