42-year-old Rin Kambe, who lives in the Japanese city of Tokyo, is a living example of the fact that dreams come true if you go for them for a long time and are not afraid of difficulties.
Becoming a princess from a cartoon is real, if you really want to. True, it took Rin seventeen years to achieve what she wanted. But now she is known around the world as the real Rapunzel,
whose hair length reaches more than two meters. At the same time, Kambe herself, like most oriental girls, is petite — her height is only 165 centimeters.
Back in the 2000s, when Rin was a dancer in a club, she had short hair. But this did not suit the Japanese. She always wanted to change her hairstyle, make it more original and feminine. And then one day Kambe began to grow her hair, and is not going to stop at the achieved length.
How does Rin manage to keep her luxurious hair in perfect condition? How much time does she spend grooming? And is the “title” of Rapunzel worth such an effort?
Rin Kambe shared her routine in an interview — thanks to her long hair, she has now become a star not only in her native Japan, but throughout the world.
“I wash my hair twice a week. On average, it takes me an hour to wash, care and massage. Then another two hours to dry all the hair with a hairdryer and comb it. I am always scrupulous about this process so as not to injure my hair. Thus, I spend on everything about all three hours, ”says the girl.
But this is only a process of care. Do not forget that during the day you also need to monitor your hair. Rin usually wears her hair in a bun so that it doesn’t get in the way of her doing her business. This one takes the girl at least 10 minutes — not 10 seconds, like many of us.
