What the most unusual trainer looks like: this plump weighs 114 kilograms and teaches others to lose weight
“I am a fitness trainer, and I weigh over 100 kilograms. But the clients love me,” says Morit Summers. She is 36 years old and has gone through many trials to stop being ashamed of her weight.
Accepting yourself for who you are is rare these days. Therefore, we can say with accuracy that Morit is an example to follow. “Why?”, you ask.

Summers grew up in a small area on Long Island. Since childhood, the girl had problems with self-esteem, she hated her reflection in the mirror. Morit already weighed more than 90 kg, and doctors imposed numerous fashionable diets and weight loss operations on her.
From this, she became worse not only physically, but also mentally. Then, when she was 14 years old, her family hired a personal trainer who gave her a set of sports strength training. She became stronger and her self-esteem increased.
But the training could not change her outwardly. However, this no longer mattered: after all, the problem was not at all in weight, but in the inner core of the girl.

Summers began to monitor not only her physical health, but also her mental health. Keeping fit in her case was not at all equated with the concept of strict counting of each kilogram on the scales. She simply began to take care of her health, not limiting herself in anything, eating and exercising in moderation.
After Morit accepted herself, she began to help other girls achieve their health and fitness goals, and so that they do not obsess over their weight numbers “I have no idea how much I weigh. I haven’t stepped on the scale for three years. It’s a toxic device,” says Morit Summers.
But still, after questions from subscribers, the trainer calculated that her weight is now in the range of 114 kg with a height of 168 cm. But this is not a problem either for her or for her clients.

Today, Summers is a certified fitness trainer. She has quite a few followers. However, she does not chase a large number of visitors and does not change her principles:
“If your goal is to be lean, lose body fat, and cry during your workout, I’m not your coach,” Summers said.
And who then comes to her for training? And most importantly — why?

Morit believes that people go to her to understand the physical, emotional and mental problems they may face due to being overweight. It sounds very vague — but that’s exactly what the girl says.

“Many of my clients come to me because I look like them. I have a belly too,” she said. “I know what they go through.”
By the way, for one lesson, the coach takes 150 dollars, which in rubles is about 10.5 thousand. In 2017, the girl opened Form Fitness in Brooklyn Heights, and among her clients was even plus-size supermodel Ashley Graham.
